After soldering the circuitry to save my headphones, I had to make a replacement part for them. Based on the original, I prototyped and improved through multiple 3D printed models, extending their life cycle. After obtaining a functional model, I further improved it aesthetically.

Iteration evolution

I developed a working model through 4 iterations, then aesthetically polished it.

Refining

For later versions, I refined the model the printing settings and conditions for more transparent and polished models
